Hi Mark/Donna,
Thanks for today afternoon's meeting. As promised here points we discussed in the meeting. Please find my comments in blue.
1. We need to be able to display 'FROM' address with 'gfigroup' domain name. When user clicks on a reply button, it needs to be delivered to @gfigroup.com email address. Can you make this work?
PK: Here is a sample email I received today from our existing email service:
Test UK Confirms is a email group (testukconfirms@gfigroup.com). We need to be able to display From address as below, this is one of the biggest requirement of ours.

2. We would like to know if you can push delivery statuses at the child level back to us as soon as the email and faxes are delivered?
PK: According to Donna, you have the capability of sending the statuses as either FTP upload or WebService push
3. Do you support CC/BCC, if so how does it work?
PK: In our conversatoins this afternoon, I take it that you don't have any serparate functionality for CC/BCC, all of them function the same way, specific point delivery.
4. Do you support HTML Embedding? For example in the screen shot above, we have html as attachment. However, some institutions don't allow html attachments, therefore we would like to embed the HTML into the body of the email. Would this be possible?
5. For some of our UK desks, we use an image as a wartermark for HTML files. These get delivered as faxes, and we would like to make sure that this doesn't cause any issue.
